POSITION INFO:
Your Mission
Orchestrate 2–3 agile squads (10–20 engineers) through high-velocity releases
Convert business logic into executable goals and remove delivery bottlenecks
Implement CI/CD-friendly agile practices with quality embedded in every sprint
Triage support issues with precision and technical depth
Refactor talent through coaching, feedback loops, and career pathing
Sync with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to align roadmaps
Your Tech DNA
B.Eng / B.Sc. in Computer Science (bonus: leadership/management certs)
12+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in a leadership role
Deep understanding of SDLC, release pipelines, and scalable architecture
Proven track record in managing teams, budgets, and delivery timelines
Fluent in conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional sync
Bonus: Experience in telecoms, networking, or internet technologies
