Engineering Manager Springs Market Related

POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the role:

·        To ensure legal compliance of all equipment on-site according to the OHS act 85 of 1993

·        Assessment of high-level risks in the organization and the development and execution of mitigation programs to reduce the risk. This related to Safety, Health, Environmental, and business risks

·        To develop and implement medium and long term strategies to improve engineering availability in the area under your control

·        Development and management of planned and unplanned maintenance programs on-site

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

BEng Mechanical Engineering

GCC Factories passed certificate - legal appointment

Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in an engineering management role in the production environment

Ability to manage large technical teams
