A Reputable Company in South Africa is looking for an Engineering Manager.

• Implementation and monitoring of the Maintenance strategy and procedures
• BSc Engineering Degree / MBA Ideal
• 5 Years in Engineering / Production at middle management level.
• Additional 5 years'''' experience with maintenance management and reliability engineering
• Maintenance management systems, strategy and procedures Developed and implemented divisional strategic maintenance plans
• Develop and implement departmental strategic plans
• Asset Management, Maintenance planning and Condition monitoring
• Mechanical services and central technical workshops
• Develop, maintain and implement safety and ISO plans for the department
• Compile and control budget
• Effectively manage and control Electrical High Tension and Instrumentation sections
• Compiled monthly reports
• Manage and control information systems (Instrumentation database)
• Ensure and control staffing requirements
• Participate in various Committees
