SUMMARY:
Our client in the Manufacturing industry has an opportunity available for an Engineering Manager in the Richards Bay area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

Matric
Must have a Mechanical Engineering Degree - non-negiotable
PR Eng
ECSA registration
Welding Inspector qualification
Leadership / Management Diploma
3 – 5 years’ experience in a mechanical engineering position
2+ years experience in a senior position
Experience working with CAD software/Autodesk Inventor
Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and SAP
Aluminium smelter equipment experience

KPAs:

Managing the Engineering Department
Design in 2D and modelling in 3D
Site visits and equipment inspections
Review and approval of drawings
Maintain engineering procedures and processes
Provide technical assistance and/or audits on the client site
Access/download drawings from SAP R3/B1
