POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage busy schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for our engineering team.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, including reports and close-out documents.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Prepare presentations and correspondence for project updates.
• Ensure adherence to administrative processes and confidentiality requirements.

• Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
• 3+ years of administrative experience in engineering or mining environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of South African mining industry practices (advantageous).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
