An industry giant that spans internationally is looking for an exceptional individual to coordinate the maintenance and engineering teams according to operational requirements. Manage technical assets and equipment to standards and set specifications. This individual will be setting targets and integrating teams and plans, as well as supervising daily activities and equipment efficiency.

Education:

• Minimum requirement is a completed Grade 12.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 10+ years’ experience on a processing plant;
• Red seal trade qualifications;
• Engineering and contractor network base is non-negotiable;
• The ability to work within established communication channels is non-negotiable;
• Valid driver’s licence Code B, EB, or C1;
• Computer Literacy;
• Financial for non-financial managers skills;
• Maintenance management;
• The ability to compile reports and present them to minimise production delays;
• People skills;
• Employee management skills;
• Time management skills and ability to do your own admin;
• Experience in the chrome or platinum industry will be advantageous.
