SUMMARY:
A vacancy exists for an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary (Theatre Trained/Experienced). The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, committed to delivering comprehensive, quality nursing care to our patients.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Deliver service excellence with a patient-centred, caring approach
Actively participate in in-service training and development initiatives
Share knowledge, skills, and experience in line with scope of practice
Demonstrate leadership, self-motivation, and emotional regulation
Practice efficient stock control and ensure asset protection
Ensure accurate and legal record-keeping for all patient care interventions
Support a strong team culture focused on sustained care excellence
Encourage team initiative, professionalism, and collaborative decision-making
Exhibit assertiveness and promote respectful interpersonal relations

Minimum Requirements

Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary
Minimum 2 years’ experience in theatre flooring and anaesthetic nursing
Prior experience in the private healthcare sector
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
