SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary to join a paediatric team. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering comprehensive and high-quality nursing care to young patients.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Promote a culture of service excellence and compassion in line with patient-centred care principles
Demonstrate a professional commitment through active participation in ongoing training and in-service programs
Share knowledge, skills, and experience to support best nursing practices within scope
Exhibit self-discipline, accountability, and strong leadership in daily nursing activities
Practice responsible stock control and effective asset management
Ensure accurate, legal documentation of all patient care interventions
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on care excellence
Motivate peers to demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and discretion in patient care
Uphold effective communication and interpersonal relationships with colleagues, patients, and families

Minimum Requirements

Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary
Experience in private healthcare, preferably in a paediatric setting
Ability to work effectively within a team-based environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
