JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is currently looking for an Enterprise Risk Management professional with experience of 6-8 years to join their winning team. Possessing a B. Compt or B Com including Articles in an Audit Firm.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Area

Policy and Governance, Risk, policies and standards:

Develops and establishes enterprise and practitioner risk management frameworks, strategies and policies.
Maintains a risk universe for the organisation.
Participates in annual reviews of Risk Management Policy, Framework and Strategy.

Strategic planning and Risk Appetite

Assists in the development of treatment plans in the light of the criticality of the risk areas and the organisation's risk appetite

Risk identification and preparation

Embeds risk culture in the Fund

Risk measurement and reporting

Conduct sessions to maintain records of risk cartographies and registers.
Assists in the dissemination of risk-monitoring dashboards, together with an assessment of the risk management activities and their efficacy

Risk escalation and Communication

Advises and consults risk owners on the implementation of risk treatment measures

Infrastructure

Leads the development, implementation and maintenance of the disaster recovery plan/ requirements

People Management

Oversees the development and management of staff within the department
