SUMMARY:
Enterprise Solutions Sales with background in IT/ICT

POSITION INFO:

Promote the company’s enterprise hardware and managed services solutions to corporate customers.
Achieve monthly gross profit targets as defined in the sales target schedule.
Conduct cold calling and generate new business opportunities.
Consult with customers to recommend appropriate IT solutions aligned with their business requirements.
Manage, maintain, and grow assigned customer accounts while building long-term client relationships.
Provide high levels of customer service and conduct regular account reviews.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and value proposition, including servers, storage, and networking solutions.
Attend mandatory training sessions to build relevant product knowledge and skills.
Maintain and update customer information, opportunities, and sales pipeline in the CRM system (Maximizer).
Ensure the sales pipeline reflects at least three times the monthly sales target.
Facilitate financing arrangements with approved finance partners in accordance with company procedures.
Attend and participate in monthly KPI performance review sessions and implement improvement action plans where necessary.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts in line with company pricing policies and obtain approval from the Sales Manager.
Submit approved quotes, orders, proposals, and finance approvals to the sales coordinator for order processing.
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and ensure all documentation aligns with company branding and standards.
