Entry-Level Retail Sales Assistant

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced retail environment. No prior retail experience is required—full training will be provided.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and help customers make purchasing decisions
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic complaints
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver great service

Requirements:

• Matric /Grade 12
• South African ID
• No criminal record
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
• No previous retail experience required
