POSITION INFO:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The incumbent is expected to manage all relevant Environmental Management activities (Water Use Licensing, Air Emission Licensing, DMRE Environmental, Waste Licensing Green House Gases and, reporting to all Legislative Authorities using their electronic portals of the various State Departments and, all stakeholder engagements in and around the Limpopo Province and applicable Regional Offices according to specific procedures and requirements. To ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation, related Environmental Legislation, Codes of Practices, and ISO Integrated Management Systems.
QUALIFICATION(S) & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Qualification: Degree in Environmental Management / Science (BSc / BA)
- · Registration with relevant Professional Body i.e., EAPASA, SACNASP etc
|
Qualification: (Same as minimum plus the following)
Postgraduate Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Hydrology, Hydrogeology, or equivalent.
Registration with relevant Professional Body i.e., EAPASA, SACNASP etc

Experience/Knowledge:
- · Three (3) years’ experience in Management/Supervisory position in the field.
- · Five (5) years of Environmental, Water and Waste Management experience, preferably from Mining Environmental Sectors or consulting as a senior responsible and appointed professional.
