Our client is seeking motivated and experienced Estate Agents to join their dynamic team. Based in Green Point, the agents operate across Cape Town, specialising in auction and private treaty property sales. The ideal candidate must have strong networking skills, a proactive approach to sourcing new listings, and a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced property environment.

Minimum Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience working as an estate agent
Strong ability to generate and follow up on sales leads
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage own area
Familiarity with the auction or private treaty property process

Duties and Responsibilities:

Source property leads and contact potential sellers
Secure and sign new mandates, with a focus on sole mandates
Promote auction sales and private treaty options to clients
Work with buyers, focusing mainly on cash transactions
