SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager for a thriving Winelands Estate. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and communication skills, strong leadership, meticulous planning abilities, and a genuine passion for upmarket hospitality.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities

Manage and lead all staff.
Oversee hospitality budgets for the Guest House and Tasting Rooms.
Coordinate and manage estate events.
Handle retail procurement, including appointing suppliers and selecting products.
Liaise with media, VIP clients, and guests.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Actively and positively promote the company’s services and products.

Requirements

Proven track record as an experienced Hospitality Manager.
Excellent communication (fluent in English & Afrikaans) and negotiation skills.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Strong knowledge of classic cuisine and wine.
Customer-service driven.
Experience in upmarket or fine-dining hospitality environments.
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, creativity, and innovation.
Excellent leadership skills.
Qualification in Hospitality Management and/or Project Management.
