POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an Estimator based in Gqeberha.

Responsibilities

• Create conceptual engineering solutions for projects to meet the needs of clients
• Analyse project specifications and provide accurate cost estimations
• Conduct cost analysis for materials, labour, and equipment
• Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate pricing
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients and suppliers
• Prepare and edit tender documentation, ensuring all requirements are met
• Manage and support the tender administration process
• Ensure all project estimations align with organizational standards and budgets

Skills

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in electrical or controls engineering projects (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively
• Proficiency in estimation tools and MS Office Suite
• Valid code B or higher driver's license
• Excellent time management and communication skills
