JOB SUMMARY:
Estimator 5+ years relevant tender experience in a Civil Construction

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities and duties:
  • Identification and analysis of tender technical requirements.
  • Translate tender document into appropriate productions.
  • Preparation of tender documents.
  • Liaison with suppliers and subcontractors during the tender process.
  • Calculation of quantities for cost estimates of civil works.
  • Planning and organizing tasks that form part of the tender.
  • Drafting of construction programme during tender.
Required qualification and work experience:
  • A relevant post matric technical qualification is highly recommended.
  • Experience with CCS.
  • Experience with Colto & Sans 1200 specifications.
  • Minimum of 5-year relevant tender experience in a Civil Construction environment.
