POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric and relevant tertiary qualification

3 - 4 Years’ Experience as an Estimator

Ability to read building plans advantageous

Excellent financial acumen

Work well under pressure and meet company deadlines

Computer literate

DUTIES:

Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents

Identify labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints and specifications

Calculate costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements

Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analysing information

Prepare special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends

Maintain cost data base

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Salary: Dependant on experience
