JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, a specialist freight provider in Cape Town, is recruiting an Estimator with logistics industry experience and general knowledge of import / export operations.

Individuals interested in applying for the position should be capable of receiving, analysing and preparing estimates; understanding customers’ business requirements; sourcing rates from ports, transporters & warehouses; and report writing.

Assertive decision making, commercial awareness, numerical acumen and fantastic communication abilities will be key attributes of the successful candidate.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
Matric
Tertiary qualification in Logistics or related field advantageous
Computer literate (MS Office, Ship Shape Netsuite or similar EDI system)
Industry related project management experience beneficial
