Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events such as conferences, weddings, parties, and corporate meetings
• Coordinate with clients to understand and fulfill their event requirements
• Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure all resources are utilized efficiently
• Supervise and guide staff involved in event setup, catering, and other related tasks
• Ensure all aspects of events comply with legal and safety regulations
• Handle post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
