POSITION INFO:

Plan entertainment,events and activations to ensure that the premises is positioned as a ‘premier’ entertainment venue.

Source productions and events that maximise attendance and maintain the highest levels of service both internally and externally, ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures. Manage and co-ordinate the quality as well as quantity of all entertainment, events and ‘displays’ across the property, so as to ensure that it is in line with marketing strategies.

Manage Operations,Customer Service,Team and event management. Source high quality shows, events and theatre productions. Maintaining business relationships with producers and event organisers. Conceptualisation, management and execution of world class events, promotions and activations. Successfully deliver entertainment events. Manage staff, suppliers, agents and freelancers. Manage profit and costs related to all types of events.

Essential pre-requisites:

Minimum seven years experience in eventy management

Preferably related diploma/tertiary in events mgt
