SUMMARY:
A leading international Search Firm is looking for an experienced Project Manager and Executive Assistant to join their team. Strong project management experience is crucial for this role along with a formal qualification.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

A Degree or higher (essential)
Project Management qualification/certifications
Proficient in Microsoft applications -Intermediate to Advanced level
Experience proofreading and editing of documents
Typing speed of 50 to 60+ wpm
At least 5 years working for a corporate company
At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager or Project Administrator
You will need to come out of a highly pressurised environment where you've had to manage tight deadlines
You must be very detailed in what you do
You must have a mature personality and be able to handle stress
Be solid with working to tight deadlines and working through volumes of paper and working independently
Able to work long hours when needed
Position is hybrid (2 -3 days in office per week)

Duties and Responsibilities:

EA to 2 Consultants
Short and long listing for consultants
Internal and external diary management
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Travel arrangements (local and international)
Prepare expense reports and ensure accuracy of the allocation of client-related expenses
Provide assistance to: QA, social functions, front desk and IT as needed
See projects from start to finish and ensure they run to a high quality and smoothly
Proactively communicating with various clients
Take the lead in the timely and efficient scheduling of candidate/client meetings, ensuring that all parties are kept informed
CV typing and admin relating to candidates
Maintain Consultants calendar and trip schedules
