SUMMARY:
Are you a highly organized, emotionally intelligent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a manufacturing company.

POSITION INFO:
This is a critical role within the organization and is best suited for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, impeccable discretion, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma in Legal Secretary, Paralegal or relevant qualification (essential)
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar executive support role (essential)
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong administrative and secretarial skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Afrikaans (essential)
Ability to work independently, act decisively and manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Strong problem-solving skills
