An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Founder of one of Central Africa's fastest-growing business groups.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage the Founder's complex calendar, appointments, meetings, and international travel arrangements. Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder. Prepare professional presentations, reports, business correspondence, dashboards, and management information. Liaise with senior management, department heads, factory teams, clients, vendors, and key stakeholders. Maintain confidential files, contracts, and important business documentation. Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics for the Founder and his family. Organise executive meetings, leadership events, and corporate functions. Support strategic initiatives, monitor deadlines, and assist with special projects. Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Requirements â Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-Level Executives, Managing Directors, or Founders. â Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written) - essential. â Exceptional organisational and time management skills. â Excellent written and verbal communication skills. â Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. â Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. â Highly professional, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information. â Willingness to relocate to Kinshasa, DRC .
