Executive Assistant (C-Suite)

SUMMARY:
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO's:
Salary: R70 000.00 – R80 000.00 CTC (includes benefits) pm 
Location: Sandton | On-Site

Role Overview:

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and executive support, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate board and committee activities.
• Act as gatekeeper for all communication, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
• Arrange and manage detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics (domestic and international).
• Prepare reports, presentations, board packs, and other executive documentation.
• Oversee office administration, budgets, expense management, and vendor coordination.
• Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and roadshows.
• Serve as primary liaison with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners.
• Support projects, initiatives, and research as required.
• Maintain governance, compliance, and effective document management systems.

Key Challenges:

• Managing demanding executive schedules, deadlines, and travel.
• Balancing multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy.
• Acting as a trusted representative in high-pressure and confidential environments.

Ideal Candidate / Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (preferred).
• 10+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives in large organisations.
• Strong business acumen, organisational skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail, strong planning, and multitasking capabilities.
