Executive Assistant (Drone & Robotics)

SUMMARY:
Our client, an international company operating within the agricultural technology sector, is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support executive operations and coordinate administrative, sales, and service workflows. The successful candidate will assist with executive scheduling, customer communication, quotations and invoicing, CRM management, and logistics coordination related to advanced agricultural equipment and technology solutions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Sales Administrator.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal).
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong customer service ability.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport (preferred for coordinating logistics).
• Interest or exposure to technology, agriculture, drones, or robotics will be advantageous.
