This is for the Executive Assistant who:
- Types faster than most people think
- Writes & Speaks English so clean it needs no follow-up
- Can run a calendar like an air-traffic control tower
- Has worked in a tech-savvy, fast-moving environment and loved it
- Knows that “immediate starter” means now-now, not after the next long weekend

Your day will include:
- Complex calendar management across time zones
- Inbox triage that actually reduces noise
- Preparing, organising, and tracking what matters
- Working at pace, with precision, in a digital-first environment
What we’re looking for (non-negotiable)- Fluent, confident English. Written and verbal. No shortcuts.
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders
- Comfortable with tech, systems, tools, and learning new ones quickly
- Available to start immediately - added advantage
