SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organised, techâsavvy Executive Assistant to provide highâlevel administrative and operational support to a MD, Durban

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate is proactive, digitally fluent, detailâorientated, and confident managing confidential information while streamlining workflows using technology.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones where required
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, and expenses
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents
Act as gatekeeper for emails, calls, and meeting requests
Draft professional correspondence and internal communications

Technology & Systems Support

Confident use of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive)
Manage virtual meetings (Teams/Zoom), including setâup and troubleshooting
Maintain digital filing systems and cloudâbased document management

Operational & Coordination Support

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Track actions, deadlines, and followâups
Support project coordination and reporting
Assist with event planning, workshops, and board meetings

Confidentiality & Professionalism

Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Maintain professionalism when representing the executive and company

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant
Strong digital literacy and confidence adopting new tools and systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced organisational and timeâmanagement abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to anticipate needs and work independently
Strong problemâsolving and decisionâmaking skills
