Head Chef position available with busy Italian Restaurant in Lubumbashi in the Congo. Looking for individuals with 7+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience in Italian cuisine. Main focus will be staff management, quality control, general kitchen management duties and food preparation. Knowledge of stock control and food costing essential. Must be able to plan menus and execute recipes. Suitable candidates must be able to expedite orders in a busy environment. Looking for someone that can coordinate customer orders and who can work the pass efficiently. Only candidates with good references need to apply. Must be knowledgeable of Italian cuisine.
