SUMMARY:
Our client in the Manufacturing industry has an opportunity available for an Executive Director: Localisation Support Fund in the Midrand area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

Degree in Business Management or related field.
10-15 years of experience in an executive leadership role in a company or public entity.
Experience in strategic planning, business development and operational management.
Experience in Governance Best Practice and operating within the relevant regulatory frameworks.
Experience in financial management at an executive level.
Experience in fundraising would be advantageous.

KPAs:

Engagement & Management of Senior Stakeholder relationships (Government, Labour and Business)
Design, set and manage the strategy of the LSF
Championing of the fund with relevant senior and executive stakeholders
Influence and manage the strategic intent of the localisation fund
Establish the brand ethos and philosophy of the fund
Engage with senior stakeholders and position the fund appropriately
Develop and implement all required governance instruments as required in terms of the best practice and codes of governance, as required and approved by the Board
Develop and report quarterly on a Risk Management Plan to mitigate any potential risks posed to the company
Accountable for full finance portfolio of the LSF
