Executive Director: Localisation Support Fund

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Manufacturing industry has an opportunity available for an Executive Director: Localisation Support Fund in the Midrand area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in an executive leadership role in a company or public entity.
• Experience in strategic planning, business development and operational management.
• Experience in Governance Best Practice and operating within the relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in financial management at an executive level.
• Experience in fundraising would be advantageous.

• Engagement & Management of Senior Stakeholder relationships (Government, Labour and Business)
• Design, set and manage the strategy of the LSF
• Championing of the fund with relevant senior and executive stakeholders
• Influence and manage the strategic intent of the localisation fund
• Establish the brand ethos and philosophy of the fund
• Engage with senior stakeholders and position the fund appropriately
• Develop and implement all required governance instruments as required in terms of the best practice and codes of governance, as required and approved by the Board
• Develop and report quarterly on a Risk Management Plan to mitigate any potential risks posed to the company
• Accountable for full finance portfolio of the LSF
