SUMMARY:
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and well-organised Executive Front Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be confident, approachable, and capable of managing front-of-house responsibilities while providing comprehensive administrative support across the business.

Hours:

Monday to Friday — 9:00am to 5:00pm
Two Saturdays per month — 9:30am to 1:00pm

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the team
Manage the switchboard and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Maintain office supplies and monitor stock levels
Coordinate collections and deliveries
Support the sales team with scheduling meetings and related administrative tasks

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Professional and polished appearance
Friendly, approachable, and able to work collaboratively
Quick learner capable of working independently with minimal supervision
