POSITION INFO:
Your Mission:

Reinvent Collection Strategy: Design and execute innovative recovery solutions for all secured lending portfolios—from residential property to complex asset classes.
Lead High-Stakes Operations: Oversee the end-to-end collections cycle with a relentless focus on efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Rescue & Rehabilitate Assets: Drive rehabilitation and restructuring strategies that balance commercial returns with customer sustainability.
Inspire & Empower Teams: Provide visionary leadership to a high-performing collections division, embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate for Impact: Partner closely with legal, credit risk, finance, and operational teams to deliver results that are sustainable and compliant.
Own the Numbers: Monitor portfolio health, report on recovery performance, and proactively identify emerging risks.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk, or Quantitative Studies (CRM certification a plus).
10+ years of leadership in collections, recoveries, or secured credit risk within banking.
Mastery of foreclosure processes, legal frameworks, and portfolio analysis.
A proven record of delivering high-impact, commercially valuable collection strategies.
In-depth knowledge of secured lending products, especially home loans/mortgages.
