SUMMARY:
Reporting to the MD, assume a place on the EXCO team. Our client is seeking an individual who has an Inspirational Leadership style with a balance of strategic skills, high emotional intelligence and a strong orientation to people.

POSITION INFO:

You will be required to deliver on the Group strategy of building leaders to build the business by maximising senior leadership capacity. In addition, you will be required to continuously grow and drive the culture which is foundational to the company.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Related Psychology qualification
Proven track record of creative solutions in Leadership development
Proven track record of creative solutions in defining and driving company culture.
Executive coaching experience.
Extensive knowledge in the application of Leadership Development.
An experienced facilitator who has demonstrated the ability to deliver fit for purpose content and apply experiential learning techniques.
Proven track record in delivering successful senior leadership programmes.
High relational ability.
Ability to translate strategy into operational plans and the execution thereof.
Ability to influence senior leadership in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Someone who can hold their own with shareholders and be resilient in a demanding environment
Proven ability to work collaboratively across the business with a wide range of stakeholders.
Critical thinker with a strong ability to diagnose capability gaps and identify solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Forward-thinking
Inspirational Leadership style with a balance of strategic skills and strong ‘people’ orientation
Well rounded, resilient and self-aware individual who is open to change and personal development
Entrepreneurial, free thinker who will challenge the status quo and push boundaries
Must have the capacity to grow their strategic ability
Hands-on approach and self-motivated
