  • Bachelor''''''''s Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Must have EXCO experience. Commerce, Commercial Law essential, Business Acumen

Computer Literacy;

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. 

Oversee the General Management of the operations ensure effective and productive operations. This includes project execution, service maintenance, product development, software development and support.

Development and implementation of a commercial strategy for the business.

Oversee the management of the commercial activities which includes the supply chain, sales, exports, key accounting and customer relations.

Drive business turnover and value in a profitable manner

Ensure continuous improvement.

Maintain high-level relationships with all stakeholders.

Develop and manage annual budgets.

Develop personnel capabilities to sustainably drive business results.

Oversee the accurate forecasts of annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.

Develop specific plans to ensure that the company’s growth targets are met.

We are looking for an experienced executive young dynamic CEO/MD in Gauteng. Experience in managing as a CEO and performing a variety of administrative tasks must be reliable, should be a quick learner, well organized and be able to work without supervision.  


Support with Portfolio of Business  
Momentous (Financial / Manufacturing)  
 

1)Capture financial reports records on systems  
 
2)Issue invoices and statements from clients 
3)Vat reconciliations 
4)Maintain Compliance with SARS – income TAX , VAT, PAYE, UIF, SDL 
5)Manage salaries, agents commission  
6)Management Accounts and Financials  
7)Reconciliations 
8)Maintain Assets 
9)Maintain Insurance 
 
Maintain Compliance 
1)Compliance  with SARS – Tax Clearance 
2)Compliance  with National Treasury – CSD database 
3)Compliance with CIDB 
4)Compliance with the department of Labour -COIDA 
5)Complacence with CIPC 
Regulators 
1)Support with compliance with Regulators such as NERSA, SAHPRA, SAPC and SETA 
Client Engagement 
 
1)Set up meetings with business partners  
2)Capture minutes 
3)Follow up on action items 
4)Registration with suppliers 
Marketing and Social Media  
1)Maintain  and be active on social media platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and 
Twitter  
Files: 
  • Maintain electronic folders 
  • Maintain database  
  • Maintain records of agreements and contracts 
 
 
Vendor Registrations  
1)Vendor registrations as vendor and client 
 
Tenders and Proposals  
1)Actively search for tenders 
2)Support compilations and submission of proposals 
 
Operations  
1)Support with import and distribution of products  
2)Use of online platforms – on-line education systems, electronic commerce platform 
 
 
Providing executive office management and support to the CEO by focusing and obtaining synergies between the different departments.

Plan and design initiatives/programmes and proactively monitor overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate.

Ensure projects progress on schedule and within the prescribed budget.

Corporate communications; Develops, assists and oversee CEO related communications including the effectiveness of communication.

Compiles CEO quarterly reports to the board.

Ensures timely requests and compilation of reports.

Proactively engaging stakeholders to fulfil a business need identified in collaboration with the CEO to completion. Manage and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to achieve business goals. Responsible for managing a corporate events calendar in collaboration with HR to ensure integration into strategy.  

Develop and monitor all report on the financial effectiveness of the CEO in order to deliver on events and related communication.
