Job Description
The incumbent will be required to manage the director’s day to day schedules, as well as planning and organizing meetings and events, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Diary Management for the Directors
Organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries
Quotes and Tenders
Invoicing / Debtors
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Conducting research

Requirements
Grade 12 and Tertiary Qualification Admin related
Proficient in Word and Excel
Valid driver’s license

Experience
3 year in Administration/PA role.
The ability to maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.
