Exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to join a client within the Shipping Industry. They are based in Umhlanga.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Working knowledge of legal matters will be an advantage
5 years experience supporting Directors
Excellent communication skills
Must have good people skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Must be willing to learn new processes
Must be able to work under pressure
Discretion and confidentiality
Problem solving
Team player

Duties and responsibilities:

Managing diaries and organising meetings/appointments
Travel arrangements if required
Typing, compiling and preparing reports
Manage requests and queries
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
Adhoc duties
