About the Role:

Are you an organised, discreet, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment? We’re looking for an Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to support a leading medical doctor at a private practice. This is a key role requiring high-level coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the doctor’s daily schedule, meetings, and administrative duties
• Coordinate clinical and business correspondence, emails, and calls
• Liaise with patients, healthcare providers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Handle confidential medical and business information with professionalism
• Assist with diary management, travel arrangements, and event planning
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role
• Degree in Office Administration, Medical Secretary, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital scheduling tools
• Understanding of healthcare or medical practice administration is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Office Administration, Medical Secretary, or related field preferred
