JOB SUMMARY: Executive Risk and Compliance
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of the role is to establish and implement a comprehensive second line assurance function and framework for the Group and its Board of Directors. The purpose being to effectively manage all risk exposures of an internal or external nature (strategic, operational, compliance, financial, market, political, economic etc) and ensure effective internal processes and policies and compliance to laws and regulations across the group. Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure that risks are identified and considered in the development of the strategic vision, and proactively manage to balance both the risk and rewards of the business. You must have extensive experience in the field with several years in senior leadership roles. You will have to have all the necessary qualifications.
