SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Executive Service Integration Management.

To provide leadership and strategic management to the service integration management capabilities to ensure synergy between contractual obligations and the service delivered to customers. This includes oversight of delivery of customer contracted services in accordance with agreed scope and in line with contracted service levels, and the alignment of customer contracted services to ITIL and Global Best Practices in support of delivering customer service excellence. To identify new opportunities and oversee the execution of Digital Platform Solutions projects, Cloud Platform Solutions projects, and Converged Communications projects



POSITION INFO:

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions:

  • Develop the Service Integration Management strategy accounting for current and future market forces and movements and in alignment with the overall Enterprise Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions strategy.
  • Lead service integration management in alignment with high levels of quality, standards and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed service level agreements, service level parameters or contracts.
  • Manage the service management capabilities for Digital Platform Solutions, Cloud Platform Solutions and Converged Communications and ITS1.
  • Manage the development and implementation of processes and procedures to maintain or recover the delivery of systems and services in the event of any physical, technical or environmental disaster or major outage, providing continuity of service to customer.
  • Manage and/or oversee multiple, large-scale, concurrent projects to successful completion in accordance with scope, budget and service level agreements.
  • Define integration requirements from architectural specifications and review integration plans, integration reports and test procedures.
  • Oversee the delivery and deployment of service integrations in accordance with scope, budget and service level agreements. Provide technical direction to project teams to deliver high levels of quality, standards and operability as defined in the agreed project plans.
  • Manage the identification and mitigation of strategic risk within service integration management.
  • Act as the departments technical expert when liaising with architects and other business SMEs.
  • Ensure integration of services and projects delivered to the client to drive overall client satisfaction, seamless integration of solutions implementation to ensure coherent, consistent, quality delivery.
  • Engage with the client on service delivery and performance on behalf of the BU executives.
  • Provide feedback to BU executives on performance of teams at the client.
  • Promote and facilitate optimum engagement between Divisions and establish and enhance relationships and network with strategic partners, customers and vendors to create market dominance.
  • Provide thought leadership and embed a culture of innovation through leveraging intellectual property, research and development to support, fund and facilitate strategic innovation projects.
  • Provide technical input into proposals, RFPs or client discussions in support of the sales process.
  • Establish and manage relationships with internal stakeholders along the value chain that will enable the delivery of integrated ICT solutions to the strategic corporate customers.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts within strategic guidelines, directing and coordinating activities to achieve revenue and cost containment targets
  • Establish and foster a culture of performance excellence, employee engagement and transformation

 

Experience:

  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in infrastructure solutions / Managed Services within a large and highly complex organisation, of which 3 years is at a senior management level.

 

Qualifications:

  • Relevant post graduate degree (NQF 8) in Business or Information Technology or related.
