Our client in Umdloti-Durban is URGENTLY seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager for their Beauty & Aesthetic Salon, who would lead their team, deliver exceptional client experience, and help their business to grow. BEAUTY Spa\/ Salon Manager needed in Durban- Umdloti Beauty \/ Somatology qualifications are a MUST. 3-5 years of working experience in a busy Spa\/Salon in a Management position. Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email, etc.) and strong Administrative skills. MUST be an excellent Salesperson. Have a strong record of training and leading people. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE OF: LAMELLE, Heliocare & ESSE & Lola-Lee is a BONUS. Must be able to manage Social Media accounts and digital engagement. Be Social Media savvy with Content creation experience. Have strong leadership, finance, and operational skills. MUST be able to lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team. Oversee daily operations, budget, and financial performance. Work 5 day week, 2 days off during the course of the week, 2 days being a Weekend off. 10% Commission on Retail or do a Treatment (must have relevant qualifications and experience)
