POSITION INFO:
Duties:

• Ensure operational efficiency, revenue maximization, and strict compliance with dealership policies
• Implement and optimize processes for a positive customer service experience
• Lead the service team to maintain high morale and productivity
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction for increased retention and referrals
• Monitor warranty activity and compliance with policies
• Recruit, motivate, and develop service technicians
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training opportunities
• Build strong relationships with top customers through visits and proactive communication
• Enforce safety regulations and equipment maintenance protocols

• Minimum of two years experience as a BMW automotive service manager
• Knowledge of automotive technology and repair services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workshop software
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and understand workshop manuals
• Valid driver’s license
