JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced Dealership Service Manager, with vast experience in various brands, diagnostic systems experience, and a strong OEM background, to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Experienced Dealership Service Manager
Industry: Automotive
Location: Upper Highway Area, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: Basic (plus MIBCO Benefits)
Closing date: Sunday, 17 April 2022

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
5 - 10 years at current or last dealership.
Vast experience in various brands.
Diagnostic systems experience.
Strong OEM background.
Grade 12 / Matric (certificate must be provided).
Merseta Qualifications Motor Mechanic (advantageous).
English language proficiency (read, write, speak)

DUTIES:

Candidate would be required to manage a large team in the service department and ensuring that all targets are met including financial targets.
Budgets settings / daily running of the workshop ensuring maximum productivity in all aspects.
