Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Warranty Clerk to join their team in Durban South Coast Road, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Experienced Service Advisor / Warranty Clerk
Industry: Automotive

Salary: R10 000.00 (plus Benefits)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
Detailed up to date CV (Email Subject – "Fleet SA KG").
Attach all relevant documents.
Must read / write & speak Afrikaans & English.
Must computer literate.
Clean Cut and well groomed.
Excellent time management.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in Fleet / Rental / Transport / Service Advisor / Panel Shop / Technical.

The successful candidate will be required to:

Processing of invoices
Initiating Warranty Claims
Vehicle licensing renewals
Service & Maintenance Planning
Validation of repair quotes
Maintenance & Repair Authorizations
General Reporting
Record keeping of: Spare Keys, Canopies
Administration of Breakdowns
Administration of Damages
Adhoc responsibilities as communicated by Management
