JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an Experienced Workshop Costing and Warranty Clerk. to join their team in Johannesburg - Bryanston. The individual we are looking to employ must meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Experienced Workshop Costing and Warranty Clerk
Industry: Automotive Industry
Location: Johannesburg - Bryanston
Salary: R17 000.00 (Dependant on experience) Medical Contribution Provident Fund

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

Must have experience on the following programs.
BSI / Evolve / MS Packages.
Ability to handle 15 units per day.

EXPERIENCE:

The individual we are looking to employ must meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a COSTING & WARRANTY CLERK in a CORPORATE Dealership.
The candidate must have experience on the following systems: Evolve and BSI.
We would require a copy of the candidates last 3 to 6 months CVP.
Must be ambitious, energetic and determined to succeed.
Duties include but not limited to:
Validate all vehicle details before loading.
Reviewing job cards before costing.
Ensuring all warranty parts are correctly tagged.
Checking vehicle history and any previous warranty repairs.
Ensuring the vehicle is in warranty parameter period.
Ensuring warranty parts are available.
Costing of Job Cards with the use of Labour operation codes.
Effective and efficient management of WIP.
Preparing technical reports.
Loading maintenance claims on the group system.
Loading of all warranty claims on the group system.
Control over the warranty store.
Warranty audits.
Warranty parts disposal.
Warranty claims and payment follow-up.
