Export Administrator

SUMMARY:
Pinetown. An opportunity exists for an experienced Export Administrator to join a well-established company. Advanced Excel skills are essential.

POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing export documentation and shipment coordination, preparing quotations and proforma invoices, processing export orders, and liaising with freight providers, customers and internal departments. Duties will also include tracking shipments, following up on outstanding payments, maintaining accurate customer and export records, supporting sales pipeline activity, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with export procedures. Requirements: Strong administrative, organisational and time-management skills Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Experience with ERP systems, preferably Pastel Knowledge of export documentation and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure Proactive, solution-oriented and reliable Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across departments Professional and courteous customer communication skills Apply:
