JOB DESCRIPTION:

Passionate about Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Canvassing, Cold Calling and want to build a career and make money.

Use your previous experience to secure your ideal job as a Personal Lines Insurance Broker/ Business Development Consultant and become part of this leading insurance company with a national footprint.

Core task is to sell business insurance to the business community, You are required to source your own business, build pipelines, you are not offered leads

B2B sales experience is highly advantageous

Remuneration:

A basic salary, Plus commission UNCAPPED
cellphone allowance, laptop and 3G
Medical Aid and pension fund

Responsibilities:

Being able to prospect for new clients through networking, Cold calling and door – door canvasing for new business

Effective communication with both internal stakeholders and clients.

Conduct a comprehensive risk evaluation for the client ie needs analysis.

Providing solutions to clients by selling personal insurance products aligned to the needs of the client.

Drafting, tracking and measurement of your personal business plan.

Providing on-going service and support to your individual client base (amendments, renewals, claims etc.).

Retention of existing business including renewal discussion in line with FAIS Developing internal/external relationships with clients.

Continuous building of your client base hence securing future income.

Keeping abreast with the insurance market changes and developments.

Achieving/Exceeding targets consistently

Providing feedback to line management when requested.

Attending all weekly and adhoc team meetings.

Adhering to all quality standards and measures in place.

Qualifications and Experience:

For those coming from the Financial Services Sector

Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on DOFA) RE5 (depending on DOFA) Must have your own reliable transport Valid driver’s license Clear criminal and credit record 2 years insurance face to face sales experience /

For those not coming from the Financial Services Sector:

Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate

2- 3yrs experience in sales in any industry
proven sales record.
clear criminal record
