Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with on-site service visits to customer plants and facilities
- Supporting in troubleshooting water treatment systems, chemical dosing, and technical applications
- Gathering and analysing lab and plant data to help improve customer performance
- Helping to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations
- Building strong customer relationships through clear communication and consistent service
- Learning how to identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards (SHERQ)
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience (graduates welcome)
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Internship or exposure to industrial water treatment, paper technologies, or similar fields
- Experience with technical reporting or customer support
- Hands-on lab or plant experience
