Education:
- Diploma or BTech in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent

Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pump sales, industrial equipment, or mining sector
- Strong technical understanding of centrifugal, positive displacement, and submersible pumps
- Ability to provide technical advice, specifications, and solutions to clients
- Experience interpreting pump datasheets, schematics, and system layouts
- Proven track record in client liaison, lead generation, and sales growth
- Knowledge of HSEQ standards in industrial and mining environments
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and contract management skills
