SUMMARY:
Looking for an assertive go-getter who thrives on closing deals, building strong customer relationships and driving business growth

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1-3 years of external Technical sales experience, preferably in Overhead Cranes or industrial equipment sectors Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems Proven track record in external sales (experience in related industries advantageous) Valid driver's licence, own reliable transport and willingness to travel KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets Drive new business development while maintaining and growing existing accounts Conduct regular client visits according to service intervals and customer classification Build strong relationships, resolve queries efficiently and provide exceptional service Compile and submit accurate weekly call reports and forward calling schedules Escalate customer feedback, complaints or compliments timeously to Management Provide input on pricing, quotations and cost management to ensure profitability Analyse customer and market data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth Collaborate closely with internal departments (Operations, Logistics) to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows and client meetings Ensure all activities are conducted in line with company procedures, safety requirements and compliance standards Manage and monitor cost-to-company expenses (vehicle, mobile, travel) effectively
