Our client, a leading organization in the technology and telecommunications sectors, is seeking a seasoned External Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in expanding their market footprint and strengthening client relationships. Duties include: Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, qualifying leads, and building a robust pipeline of both new and dormant customers. Cultivate and develop existing accounts by upselling accessories and high-margin product lines. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights through regular feedback and reporting. Act as the key point of contact for customers, internal sales teams, product managers, and account teams to ensure seamless communication and service. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, industry trends, and market developments. Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and regional functions as required. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in technology or telecommunications. Proven track record in cold calling, negotiation, and closing deals. Strong communication and merchandise presentation skills. Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in C and R programming languages is advantageous. Nice to Have: Experience with industry-specific CRM tools and market analysis.
