SUMMARY:
A dynamic manufacturer based in Germiston is looking to employ an External Sales Representative / Technical Sales Representative with 5 years’ experience in the Plastic Fabrication

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric
Higher Education (Advantageous)
Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
MS Office & Sage Pastel
5 years’ experience in the Plastic Fabrication / Packaging Industry
Responsible for generating revenue by actively engaging with clients and promoting a company’s products or services outside of the office
Identify potential customers through research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
Qualify leads and convert them into new clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
Meet with clients at their premises to present and demonstrate products/services
Tailor presentations to meet client needs and address objections
Develop territory sales plans and strategies in line with company goals
Gather insights about market trends, client preferences, and competitor activity
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts
Work with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and support
